Corporate Overview

Founded in 2003, 5th Element Network & Technology is a network and system administration and technical support services company specializing in creative network and application solutions for small to medium sized businesses across the greater North Atlanta area. We currently work with Microsoft, Novell or LINUX network environments and support both PC and Macintosh clients.

5th Element Network & Technology was formed to help business owners maximize the efficiency of their existing computer systems. Today we sustain those goals of efficiency by ensuring clients align their technical strategy with their business priorities.

Management Overview

5th Element Networks & Technology was founded by David Johanning, a 15-year veteran of the IT industry. Prior to forming 5th Element, Johanning served as the Manager of IT Services for Emory University School of Medicine.

A graduate of the University of Central Florida, David is an MSCE and MCP+I and also boasts extensive experience with Microsoft (Windows 2008, 2003, 2000, NT4.0, Active Directory, Exchange, Vista, XP, 2000, NT4), Macintosh (OS X, OS X Server, OS 9 and earlier, Mac Practice), Novell Networks and LINUX operating systems, E-mail servers and Database servers.
